Canandaigua is located between Rochester and Syracuse in the western portion of New York State. This beautiful four-season destination in the Finger Lakes offers something for everyone. Our Main Street's historic Victorian architecture leads the way to great shopping in our downtown and beautiful Canandaigua Lake.
Canandaigua is the Iroquois word for "chosen spot" and the area is truly blessed with spectacular scenery. The area is renowned for its wineries, fruits and vegetables. We enjoy water sports in the spring and summer, snow sports in the winter, and beautiful fall foliage.
Directions to Vineyards:
From the east (Syracuse): Take the Thruway (I-90) to exit #43 (Manchester exit). Follow Route 21 south approximately 7 miles to Main Street Canandaigua. Turn left and proceed 2 miles to the intersection of Main Street and Routes 5&20. Continue across the intersection and turn left into the plaza parking lot.
From the west (Rochester and Buffalo): Take the Thruway (I-90) to exit #44 (Canandaigua exit). Follow Route 332 south approximately 5 miles, it will become Main Street Canandaigua. Proceed 2 miles to the intersection of Main Street and Routes 5&20. Continue across the intersection and turn left into the plaza parking lot.
